4th of July Weekend

Main St.

4th of July started very early at our house this year. Both girls woke up before 7:00 a.m. because they wanted all the festivities to begin. Around 8:00 a.m., I decided we should go to the parade on Main St. and meet our good friends. I'm so glad we went! We had the best time ever and had a front row seat for the parade. The house we were at provided all their guests with hot dogs, popcorn, peanuts, donuts, popsicles, drinks, bubbles (and the list goes on and on). It truly was the best place to watch the parade!

The little girl asked Peyton and Logan if they wanted their face painted... that was the theme of their 4th!

Logan playing with her bubbles.

More face painting.

Enjoying the parade.

Happy 4th of July... now mom, put away the camera already!

The kids decorated their bikes for the parade.

All the bikes followed the fire truck around the neighborhood for the parade.

And... even more face painting!

Baseball and the Beach

It was a beautiful Sunday, so the afternoon started with softball on the lawn.

Our little freakle bean.
Check the bump on her forehead.  She fell off her bike and landed on her head.

Then, daddy had to go to work. So Logan said, "Mommy, can we please go to the beach?"
How could you say no to this...

A Super Fun Day

The girls were lucky enough to have one of their favorite friends come over to the house for a super fun playdate.

They... played on the slip n' slide, splashed in the mini pool, played baseball, got an ice cream from the ice cream man, ate dinner, road bikes around the block (twice), got two bloody noses (Peyton fell off her bike and our friend ran in to a table that Geoff was bringing inside), played dress up and ate more cookies than they needed too. According to Peyton... It was the best playdate ever! Geoff and I had a wonderful time spending the day with one of the nicest couples ever!

The ice cream man came down our street.

This is how the playdate ended... Logan was exhausted!

Father's Day

We made breakfast for daddy on Father's day, and Grammie joined us too. In the afternoon, we headed to my brother's house to celebrate with my family. Peyton and Logan have been obsessed with climbing trees. I think they spent most of their time in Uncle John's avocado tree.

Daddy with the girls.  Happy Father's Day!

I didn't dress Logan... that's all I have to say about this photo. :)

Can you find Peyton in this picture?

The girls had so much fun riding the skateboard with Madi.

Nolan took Peyton's helmet.

Birthday Party

Saturday we spent the entire day (and most of the evening) celebrating our friends 3rd birthday! We had such a good time. The girls were so sad when it was time to leave, at 9:30 p.m.!

The big 3 year old birthday boy with his mom. Check him out in his motorcross outfit.

The girls with one of their favorite friends.  Can you tell they just spent about an hour in the jump house?

How cute did this picture turn out?

Sweet baby!

Daddy with Logan

Checking out the gift daddy picked out for the birthday boy.

Big hug from the birthday boy.  He's so darn cute!

The pinata was nearly unbreakable!

Looks like his bag is pretty full and Peyton really wanted to wear that the entire party!

Happy Birthday to you... Happy Birthday to you!

All the kids that joined in the birthday festivities.

Logan loves cake!

Logan Rides...

Daddy picked out a new bike for Logan. She was so excited to get a big girl bike. The smile on her face when I saw her riding her bike was priceless.

Look at her go.
