Peyton received a new bookcase from Grammie for her room yesterday! We were so excited because Peyton's old bookcase was way to small and all her books wouldn't fit on it any more. I found cute little baskets from Target that fit perfectly in the bookcase too! So we're officially trying to organize the house and I started with Peyton's room. Grammie took Peyton to Barnes and Nobles yesterday as well so she could pick out a couple new books. Peyton said she has old books and she needs new ones to read. Geoff and I read books every night to the girls. Since the girls have so many books, the bookcase was a much needed purchase. I found these cute little princess decorations that I'm going to put above the bookcase. Peyton's wall looks bare! We need to put some decorations on top of the bookcase as well. I bet Peyton would love a picture in a frame from our recent Disneyland trip... maybe one of her and Logan too.
Uncle Mark and Uncle John came over to the house last night and they were nice enough to put the bookcase together for us. Uncle John made us dinner too. He made this really yummy pasta carbonara which the girls loved! Uncle Mark brought Logan a gift for her birthday which was a really cute green Polo shirt. Logan insisted wearing it once she opened the box. Logan even posed for a picture that Uncle Mark took on his phone. It was great both Uncles came over! Peyton was very excited to show Uncle John how much the garden has grown in the last month. We should have carrots soon!
