Yesterday, we went to the Beaverton Farmer's Market. They had the most amazing produce, baked goods and dairy products. We tried the best goat cheese ever! I bought the sweetest strawberries I've ever tasted as well. Oh, the produce here is just so good. Before we left, I had to sample the breakfast pizza that Karen had been raving about. I had scrambled eggs and cheese on my pizza. The vendor had a traveling brick oven, which made the crust taste so delicious. I wish our farmer's market was as big as the one here. We also can cross another item off our Summer Bucket List, visit a farmer's market and try something new.
