Logan's Birthday Week

Logan had an amazing birthday week! For her birthday, she wanted to go to Corner Bakery for lunch and then Yogurtland for dessert... DONE! Easiest birthday ever! So this is her birthday week in a nutshell... Corner Bakery, Yogurtland, then a super fun dinner at Farrell's Ice Cream. That was on Monday. Wednesday was her actual birthday and Grammie took her to Disneyland. Friday night, we met my family at Wahoo's for dinner (another one of Logan's favorite restaurants). Auntie Karen was in town from Oregon so that made the dinner extra special.

The Big Five

Logan turned the Big Five today! She spent the day at Disneyland with Grammie, Aunt Nancy and Peyton. They had so much fun! Tonight, Auntie Carol and Andrew surprised her with an Oreo cookie birthday cake.    I can't believe my baby girl is five!

Tomorrow You Are Five!

You are in preschool, and you love to tell us all about your day when you get home.

You are getting taller and slimmer, I'm always trying to feed you. You are 37 pounds and 44 inches tall.

You are thoughtful and you love to draw pictures for your friends and family.

You like games and crafts. You are really good at Memory.

You love to play tic tac toe, but I have to "go easy" on you when we play together.

You need at least 3 hugs from mom before I drop you off at school.

You are afraid of going upstairs by yourself when it's dark outside.

You love your American Girl dolls, all 3 of them.

You dance around the living room and make up routines to Kids Bop songs.

You want to wait until your 6 to start playing soccer and softball.

You love to eat Yoplait Vanilla Bean Yogurt.

You hate fruit unless it's in a pouch, mushed up. You still gag at the sight of fresh fruit.

You are nervous around large groups of people, you don't like to be the center of attention.

Your favorite cereal is Wheat Chex.

You love books. You're just starting to learn to read on your own.

You always want to help mom in the kitchen.  You love to make sweet treats. 

You think the Suite Life of Zach and Cody is the best show ever!

You love to play with toys, but you hate to put them away.

You adore your big sister and love to play with her.

You love to play school with your dollies... all 8 of them.  You're a very sweet teacher.

Your big blue eyes make me melt, I could stare at them all day!

Dancing, Moving and Groovin

I have two dancing queens on my hands lately! At any given moment, they bust out in to a dance routine. Kidz Bop 23 is what's in current rotation at this house. They've got moves for days!  Peyton's got all the rhythm and Logan is so animated when she sings.   I could watch them for hours.
