Valentine's Day

For Valentine's Day this year, we decided to prepare little goodie bags for the girls' classmates. I prepared the little labels to go on each bag. The girls were so excited to hand them out to all their friends.

This year, Peyton's teacher had a Valentine's card holder contest.  The kids had an opportunity to make the card holder at home and bring it in on Valentine's Day.  We searched and searched all over Pinterest to come up with a fun idea.  Peyton couldn't decide on one, so I took a trip to Michael's and bought some various hearts, ribbon and decorations.  So this is what we came up with...

Peyton has an obsession with glasses so we had to find a way to incorporate them in to the box.
We taped a picture of P to the back of a heart decoration I bought at Michaels and added the glasses to make it silly.

We spray painted the box with glitter paint and got the big heart from a friend at work.
That's where the kids inserted their cards.
 The glitter hearts on the box are from Peyton's tattoo maker.

We tied a ribbon around the box and added her name to the front.  Easy peezy.
